Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Silver Connection (“the service”), operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you’re accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you’re authorised to bind it.
1. Accounts
Accounts are created by your administrator. You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
2. Acceptable use
Your use must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: don’t break the law, don’t try to access data that isn’t yours, and don’t disrupt the service.
3. Your data
You keep ownership of the business data you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and Confidentiality & Data Protection sections. We act as your data processor for that data.
4. Availability & changes
We work to keep the service available but don’t guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may update features over time. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified and may require you to accept again.
5. Liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. [Set out the warranty disclaimer and liability cap with your lawyer — e.g. liability limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months; no liability for indirect or consequential loss.]
6. Termination
Either party may terminate per your subscription agreement. On termination we make your data available for export for a reasonable period, then delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.

Privacy Policy
How [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] handles personal data in Silver Connection. We’re the data controller for your login account; for the business data you enter, we act as a processor on your behalf.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email, a securely hashed password, and your role.
- Sign-in & technical data: IP address, device, and timestamps; a security log of sensitive admin actions.
- Business data you enter, including any supplier contact details.
- Assistant conversations: questions you ask Carga and its answers (see below).
We use only strictly-necessary cookies (login session and the active-client selection). No advertising or tracking cookies.
Why, and our legal basis
To provide the service (contract), to keep it secure (legitimate interests), and to meet legal obligations where applicable. Business data is processed on your instructions.
AI assistant
If you use Carga, your question and the data needed to answer it are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a reply; they do not use it to train their models. We retain a record of questions and answers to improve the service; it’s admin-only and deleted when your account is deleted.
Sharing & sub-processors
We don’t sell your data. We share it only with the providers that run the service (database, hosting, AI), each under a data-processing agreement. See the Confidentiality & Data Protection section.
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed: sessions expire after about a week; account and business data are kept while your account is active and deleted when it’s closed. [Confirm retention periods for the security log and assistant conversations.]
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to restrict or object to processing. Deleting your account permanently erases your login, password, sign-in history, and stored assistant conversations. Contact hello@slvconnection.com; you may also complain to your supervisory authority ([e.g. ANSPDCP, Romania]).
Acceptable Use Policy
This policy sets out what you may and may not do with Silver Connection. It’s part of the Terms of Service.
You must not
- Use the service for anything unlawful, or to infringe others’ rights.
- Try to access data, accounts, or tenants that aren’t yours, or probe or bypass our security or access controls.
- Upload malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Scrape, bulk-export, or resell the service or its data beyond your normal use of your own data.
- Share your account credentials or let unauthorised people use your access.
- Misuse the AI assistant — e.g. to attempt to extract other tenants’ data or to generate unlawful content.
Fair use
Automated or excessive requests that degrade the service for others may be rate-limited or suspended. [Add any specific API/usage limits here.]
Consequences
We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of this policy, and will cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. Report suspected misuse to hello@slvconnection.com.
Confidentiality & Data Protection
Your business data — products, costs, suppliers, sales, and the rest — is confidential. This section explains how we protect it. For a formal arrangement, we also offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
We act as your processor
For the data you put into the service, you are the controller and we are your processor: we process it only to provide the service and on your instructions — never for our own marketing, and we never sell it.
Who can access it
- Your own users, according to the role you give them.
- Our operations team, only as needed to run and support the service — access is limited and logged.
- The sub-processors that run the platform (database, hosting, AI assistant), each bound by a DPA.
How we protect it
- Encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
- Passwords stored only as one-way hashes.
- Strict separation between tenants — one client can never see another’s data.
- Role-based access, and a security log of sensitive actions.
- A documented procedure for responding to any data breach, including notifying you.
Return & deletion
You can export your data, and you can ask us to delete it. When a client account is closed, its business data is permanently deleted. [Confirm the export window and deletion timeline in your DPA.]
