Why is there no public price? add
Because we do much of the work for you, the cost depends on your catalogue size, number of channels and warehouses, and how much of the operation you want us to run. We scope each engagement and send a fixed monthly quote — starting from €500/month.
What does "managed" actually mean? add
It means you don't have to maintain the system yourself. We handle the data entry, keep your stock, orders and invoices up to date, run the analysis, and flag the decisions that need your input. You get the insight without the admin.
How long does onboarding take? add
Most brands are live within a couple of weeks. We take your existing spreadsheets and exports and structure everything for you — there's no lengthy self-setup to work through.
Can we upgrade as we grow? add
Yes. Most clients start with Essentials or Growth and expand the scope as their catalogue and channels grow. Your data carries over — nothing to rebuild.
Is our data private and secure? add
Your data is strictly isolated to your own account — including the AI assistant, which can only ever read your numbers. We're built with GDPR in mind and can walk you through our data-handling on request.
